Job Summary
The chart abstractor will review, analyze, and ensure that each patient is being accurately coded in regard to HCC codes.
Qualifications
- Applicant must have coding experience, would prefer experience with HCC codes in particular
- Coding certification is a plus
- Familiarity with various EMR’s is a plus
- Must be detailed oriented, focus on tasks at hand, and well-organized
- Highly self-motivated
